Is Carly Shay Jealous That Sam Puckett Kissed Freddie Benson?

I am not certain, but I don't think so. I think she was more upset at the fact that they didn't tell her about it. (I'm going to give away the ending part of the episode so...SPOILERS). This is the reason why I don't think so:

Carly: So you'll tell me everything?

Sam: Everything.

Carly: (pause) So, how long was it?

Freddie: Huh?

Carly: The kiss...how long was it?

Freddie: I don't know...

Sam: 7 seconds...

Freddie: 7...8...

Carly Oh...(pause) How was it?

Sam: What?...

Carly: You know...Did you guys...like it?

Freddie: Ummm...

The reason did this ending was because Carly didn't ask those question in an angry/suspicious tone, it was more like 'oh, I want to have the info on this kiss' for Sam and Freddie are her best friends and best friends always share about their first kisses.
