You're right too, Duterium & Mamacass. It could be any meat with bones if you think about it. First you skin, scale &/or pluck off the outside and discard it. Then you cook and eat what's left (inside) ...except for the bones (the inside of that) ...which you throw away.

I'm thinking Cabbage... You peel off the outer most layers, because they're usually wilted... You eat the new outside layers, you can cook the inside layers, and you throw away the core. Am I right?
