You have something shorted it could be hori output, rectifier diodes,and these sets have pico fuses which look like resistors but they are fuses 2.5 amps up to 7amps. Also big fuse resistor 2.7 ohms 10watts.
I think there is some serious problems with the power supply unit of your RCA 52" Projection TV hence the repeated fuse.First get the unit checked and then replace or repair accordingly.
Check horizontal output transistor,
might be shorted, it starts with C X X X X,
if the fuse still blows check diodes, capacitor in the main power supply circuits might be shorted regulator
