Is Katrina Kaif Gay?

The sexuality of British Indian actress Katrina Kaif is something that has been questioned by fans but the only information that she has given about her love life is that she is single. Kaif does not give away a lot of details about her personal life and should she feel the need to talk about her sexuality in public, it can then be something more than speculation.

• Modeling Career.

Before debuting as an actress, Kaif was a successful model. At the age of 14 she was a jewelry model and after moving to London she was quickly signed up to the Models One agency. She was involved in campaigns for La Senza and Arcadius, as well as a stint on the catwalk for London Fashion Week. It was through this modeling work that she was discovered by a film maker.

• Acting Career.

Most of the films that she has appeared in are Hindi language films but she has also starred in Telugu and Malayalam movies. Her first acting role was not much of a success as she starred in the Box Office failure 'Boom'. She later recovered her acting status with the films 'Namastey London' and 'Welcome' in 2007. In 2009 she had a role in the film 'New York' and in 2010 she had her biggest commercial success with 'Rajneeti'. The actress was nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her role in 'New York'.
Although her earlier roles required a voice dub to cover her lack of knowledge of Hindi, Kaif has voiced all of her parts since the film 'New York'. Most recently, Katrina Kaif has starred in the film 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' and is signed up for 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan'.
