I think so..If you compare their face features, other than their eyes Blanket looks very similar to lisa and elvis..Maybe she gave her eggs to a surrogate because she didn't become pregnant and later found out seh needed Blood thinners..so after the baby was born maybe they decided to keep it a secret so the baby will have less media scrutinity as possible....
