What Year Did Augustus Jackson Die?

His exact death date is unknown as well as the year but it is well known that he created ice cream flavors like Vanilla, Chocolate, strawberry, chocolate chip cookie dough,  coffee, peanut butter  n’ jelly , and cookies n’ cream. It is also well known that he was a white house shelf and don't listen to the person who said use wikipedia because I tried wikipedia and the answer kept changing like from 1832 to 1864 to no date but I think it was probably 1866 ( I know this because I did a project on him for school)

Interesting question because I cannot find his date of birth or death anywhere on the internet.
What I did find seems to indicate ice cream was first known about 4th century B.C whichpredates Jackson by about 2200 years. Jackson is noted for several improvements to the process of ice cream manufacturing, the invention of some new flavors circa 1832 and other matters related to sweets and confections but never applied for any patents.
