A quick internet search reveals that there are no pictures of Allison Mack posing nude - and, in fact, the only evidence I could find of her posing in a sexually provocative situation is this photo, in which she's wearing stripper heels and a tiny pair of red panties.
Although her breasts are obscured by the angle of the photo, it's pretty obvious that she's topless.
What's not so obvious, though, is whether the picture is genuine or not.
Many sites 'Photoshop' pictures of celebrities to make it look as if they've somehow obtained top-secret images of famous people in racy situations. Most of these are fakes!
