You may be surprised to know that neither Jane Leeves nor Peri Gilpin have posted any information about their bust-sizes online.
However, looking at pictures of the two Frasier stars, I'd guess that Jane Leeves wears a B-cup, whilst Peri Gilpin looks more like a C-cup to me.
