It does not appear possible to contact the Fantage support line by phone. If you have a query about your Fantage account you will need to contact them using the online query forms found online at www.fantage.com/fun/contact_us.html

These query forms should be sent off to the correct address that relates to your inquiry. The forms available are; billing and payment, reporting a bug, technical support, general questions and business inquiries. Once you have chosen the query form that best suits your inquiry, you will then be asked to provide your Fantage username, email and include your message.

Once you have sent a query form you will be emailed with a response. Check the signature of this email to see if it gives any more contact information for future reference. The website also has a Frequently Asked Questions section that should be consulted first before sending off a query form. Search the section with keywords related to your problem to see if it has been solved by the technical team already.

  • Fantage
Fantage is the 'Fantastic Age' - an online virtual world designed for a younger audience. Users can create an avatar that is then used to explore the world of Fantage, taking part in online games, decorating an online home and chatting with friends.

Fantage has a unique feature that allows users to buy their friends a range of stickers. They can then show off their collection of stickers to everyone else.

  • Fantage Memberships
While the basic Fantage world can be explored free of charge, users have the option to upgrade their membership for a cost. An upgraded membership allows users to collect all medals and all pets as well as gaining access to a range of exclusive items and clothes.

While it does not seem possible to be able to contact the Fantage support team via telephone, there are alternatives. Check to see if your query is already in the FAQ section and, if not, use the online query forms to seek further help.
