As I understand it, an underage girl got into a club he was playing at and he ended up with her. Then there was major media coverage and he went through a tough time trying to get them to believe that she looked older and he's not a kiddie fiddler. Anyway, the song is explaining what's happened in his life, the underage girl, etc, and him saying, it's fine, I'll take the blame for this but the world must know that it was her parents who let her out etc etc.

I think the main idea of the song is to apologize to his mom for going to jail because of the club incident, but also for how hard he made her life when he was a kid. Also at the end, he says that he shouldn't get all the blame, he thinks the girls parents should be blamed too for letting her go there, and the club should be blamed for letting her enter.

Because those are the people that screw up there life and they get payback by the law. Akon is just blameing everything on him so they could go back to there needed people in there life because they all have children and everything.
