The Young Money Crew is what rapper Lil Wayne's label, Young Money Entertainment, artists are referred as when grouped together. Lil Wayne's label has been responsible for the release of four number 1 albums, which were two Lil Wayne albums and one by Drake and Nicki Minaj respectively.

Like many famous rappers, Lil Wayne has quite an interesting background and is still experiencing a rather turbulent lifestyle, which resulted in a recent stint in jail. Lil Wayne was one of the youngest rappers to sign to a label, as at the tender age of 9 years old he penned a deal with Cash Money Records.

Lil Wayne has recently indicated he wishes to retire from the entertainment industry when he turns 35, citing his family as the main reason he wants out at that age.
