The song 'Only You' was covered by the band 'The Flying Pickets', who are a British a cappella vocal band. Their version of the song reached number one at Christmas in 1983, and remained there for five weeks. The song was also a success around Europe.

The Flying Pickets was formed in 1982, by the band's lead, Brian Hibbard. Other original band members were Gareth Williams, Rick Lloyd, David Brett, Red Stripe (David Gittons) and Ken Gregson.

The band only enjoyed one more hit, 'When You're Young', which reached number seven in the charts. Their third single was a cover of 'Who's That Girl' by Eurythmics, but it failed to achieve any success.

Brian Hibbard is an actor, and has appeared in programmes such as Doctor Who, Coronation Street and Emmerdale. He also stars on Welsh television.

The Flying Pickets are still performing today, but without any of the original members. There are now five new members, but they haven't had any notable success so far, though they still continue to perform.
