If you really want to look like Justin Bieber, all you need to do is dress like a lesbian.

I actually think Justin Bieber's look is based on two things:

His hairstyle
His clothes

So if you want as many fans as him, those are probably the two areas to focus on.

I'd suggest sites like http://bieber-clothing.tumblr.com for learning more about how he dresses, and wear those items can be purchased from.

Interestingly, Justin seems to get away with wardrobe choices that most people wouldn't dare try - for example these multi-colored socks:

And when it comes to getting his hairstyle right, it's basically down to finding a tutorial video that's up to date (his stylist must get bored pretty quickly, because he gets through hairstyles like I get through... Umm.. IPhone battery power??)
