I don't know why, but songs that put me in a good mood are always cheesy.
They also vary depending on what I'm into at the time... And usually I'm into something weird.
Anyway, here's 10 "happy songs" in no particular order:
1. Dick Dale - Misirlou
I used to work in a bar that reminds me of this song.. Not sure why... Not such a fan of the Black Eyed Peas song that samples it though!
2. Goteki - Fight the Saucermen
3. Lisa Lashes - Virus
Might give most people a headache, but a bit of Psytrance always gets me in a good mood. I'm nodding right now.
4. The Offspring - Self Esteem
Takes me back to my highschool days.
5. Blink 182 - Dammit
So does some Blink 182 from before they started trying to go all 'mature'
6. Sneaky Bat Machine - Boneshaker
I used to be obsessed with a goth band called Sneaky Bat Machine back in the day...
My daughter likes bouncing on her bed to this, and that's pretty funny...
8. The Cure - Friday, I'm in love
Definitely one of the happiest songs I know!

10. Ostia Beach
Ok this one needs a bit of explaining...
It's a parody of a dance song that was popular in Italy a few years ago, and it's about a guy with a really demanding girlfriend and her dog...
BUT it's set in a popular beach near Rome... And I grew up in Rome, so it just reminds me of going to the beach in Italy really
