Does anyone have a PDF of the Relationship Agreement from the Big Bang Theory?

It improbable that the Relationship Agreement from the popular TV show The Big Bang Theory exists in the real world as a PDF or any other document type.

The Relationship Agreement forms the centre of a 'running joke' in the show. 

Drawn up by the character Sheldon Cooper, the document outlines the parameters and expectations of his relationship with his best friend and roommate Leonard Hofstadter.

The reasons it is unlikely to exist are numerous. The two most significant of these are outlined below.

1. The Big Bang Theory is a work of fiction and therefore there's no reason, practical or otherwise, for the Relationship Agreement to exist in real life.

2. It is not in the interests of the writers of The Big Bang Theory to release a document pertaining to be the Relationship Agreement. It's better for them to keep things vague - an actual copy  of the document would restrain their future creativity.
