At the moment, Divergent hasn't been announced as coming out on Netflix in the near future, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it won't a little further down the line.
Netflix has been very aggressive in building its library in the past year or two, in order to compete with some of the other streaming services, and often companies like Netflix and Amazon will try to sign exclusive rights for franchises as successful as Divergent.
Unfortunately, many films made by Summit, the studio behind the Divergent series, aren't currently available on Netflix, which means they don't have an ongoing history.
That makes it less likely Netflix can land that all-important exclusive for when Summit wants Divergent to be available to stream, but certainly not impossible, especially with Netflix trying to develop a strong library to bring in new customers.
The film has only just come out on physical release, so I think it's likely that there won't be any streaming services like Netflix that will have it until next summer, at the earliest.
If you're willing to wait that long to see the film, then by all means do! But the reviews for the film have been very good, so it might be worth paying a little extra to see it sooner!
Your current options for watching Divergent are:
1. Renting the DVD from a place like LOVEFiLM.
2. Renting the movie to stream on YouTube.
3. Alternatively, buying the DVD/Blu-ray from somewhere like Amazon or HMV.
