Not directly from soundcloud.. But you can find apps that download songs from soundcloud like Simple MP3

 if you have an account on soundcloud you can download some songs. There is

a "download button" right next to "share button". If you don't see a download button then the person who uploaded that song didn't want anybody to download it. Hope this helped C:
