First, tell me what happens, and I can answer the question.

First you hear a choir like singing ahhh ahhh ahhh then the singer climbs up the stairs to the roof, she's wearing these black knee boots that have a similar mark to Windsor smith on them. She reaches the roof and there's a chair in the middle and about I think 5 or 6 dancers dressed in black, they each come forward and dances as she beckons them with her hand. Each dancer has a different style of dancing, in the end they all dance their own style around her and then they fall to the ground.

I know it's not much to go on! Sorry!

This is a long shot, but you might be able to use Google's reverse image search.

As far as I know, there isn't an equivalent way to search for videos (well, I did find some info about a company called Vecho on Crunchbase, but their homepage doesn't seem to load for me..)

Anyway, back to finding your video - why not take a screenshot of a memorable scene, and try reverse Google searching the image.

It may lead you to a still image from the music video, with details of where it's from and who recorded it.

Another alternative is to search for lyrics from the song... Can you remember any of the words that the singer was singing? It's much more likely that a search engine will be able to find the video based on keywords like the lyrics or prominent words in the chorus.
