If you're looking for something slow and romantic (?) to sing to your grandma, then a good suggestion would be "Can't Help Falling in Love" by Elvis Presley...

It's a pretty iconic song, so hopefully your grandma will recognize it.

How about something by Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis, or simply ask her who her favorite crooner in her era was and then listen to them and choose one yourself. That way she'll see how much she means to you but also the effort you added to show her how special she is. What ever you choose will be from your heart so you really can't miss! Best of luck!
