New would be great... And yeah , they will have to notice eventually.
I think the old movies Jaws / Halloween/ Swiss family Robinson, are just a few examples of fantastic movie filming and storyline.
Like the og Star Wars- puppets and tiny models, they made for a much more realistic shot vs today's computer crap...
Personally, I'd like to see some new stuff! Tired of remakes of old movies....the old ones are always better anyway!
Surely new movies already far outnumber the remakes?
Of course, some would be better left alone. I thoroughly enjoyed The Millennium Trilogy (The Girl with the Dragon Tatttoo et al) and had I not read the books first I wouldn't have known what was going on. There was simply too much in the books to fit into a movie and, in my opinion, they completely lost it.
