There are so many mindless, do anything for ratings (so they can stay famous) driven 'celebs' .. That it's hard to choose.

Mother Teresa- I know she's dead, but few really know the measure of the despicable things she said and did.

Caitlin/Bruce Jenner- an embarrassment to both sexes. Has this novelty gag really made people forget it's a 65 yr old man?

Billy Graham- Sainted conduit of BS, spent his whole life lying to children, including his own.

Rush Limbaugh- easily the worst bigot in America. 

Pat Robertson- the most obviously demented religious profiteer still alive. 

Bill O Riely. I feel like he doesn't believe half of the things he says, but continue to do so because it's part of his image and the base of his career. I don't particularly find him despicable because I find him hilarious. It's kind of like - Oh I know and you know, but do they know? The despicable people are the ones who believe what he says.
