I had one fly up my nose the other day. I live in FL, near a swamp, so there are A LOT of bugs. The trick is as soon as you feel it, take a deep breath through your mouth and the blow it out your nose.
I actually had an earwig crawl in my ear some when I was really little and my dad had to get it out😂😂 It didn't help that it was after one of my ear surgeries..I hate those bugs!
