In the movie Back To The Future Marty meets his mom and dad. and by that he gets them together but why don't they remember him in the future? They didn't remember meeting a teenager?

In terms of production, I imagine it wasn't mentioned because it really doesn't add anything to the story line. The focus of the movie is on Marty and Doc Brown and time traveling, not on Marty's parents and their memories.

Also, to their knowledge, nothing has changed for the parents. Only Marty knows the difference between the original and the altered timelines. To the parents, it is only a minor coincidence that the teenager looks like their son. Therefore, they wouldn't pay it much attention other than that teenager helped get them together.
