Did they just make the last Hunger Games book into two movies just for more money? I just can't see that book being made into two movies as it wasn't all that good anyway.

That seemed to be the idea I got from that decision. I haven't seen them but I have heard there isn't much weight to either of those two movies.

We can't really tell!

I wouldn't claim this, in my eyes this statement becoming typical, some part of society learning the same thing constantly "yea more money!" but it's usually what people desire, they like to see their favorite story into movies, maybe it turn out bad and maybe it earn the creators money but it's for the fans as well, they ready to pay for their passion and creators see and care about that. And it's something people will joyfully pay for it.

It's like when a musician throw concerts, people will pay and sometimes so much but that money worth it for any aspects, people are ready to pay for their favorite person, for their inspiration and the way those musics impressed them and also for the hard work and humor it needs and takes to write and record music and how many rehearsal and work i takes to prepare a concert.

So it's a two sided connection in these type of categories.

Of course it was for the money, that's why all movies are made. There are few original ideas in Hollywood anymore, so filmmakers glom onto any picture that turns a profit.

Home Alone 4, anyone?

I think so.  The last book moved too fast.  Honestly, I don't really get the Hunger Games fandom.  I liked the book series, but neither 'Catching Fire' nor 'Mockingjay' stood out for me.  The movies are horrible.  I have a few friends who are going to 'Mockingjay: Part 2' midnight screening, and who went to Part 1 midnight screening as well.  I want to see the movie, but it's not something I'd lose sleep over.

They won't get my money! Watched the first one and didn't care for it at all. Thought it was a horrible movie and a horrible story.
