My theory is that Jon Snow is going to be revived somehow by the Melisandre. Why else would she rock up at the Wall exactly when he dies? Feels too convenient for me...
As for Stanis, I don't really care what happens to him. I lost all sympathy for him when he had his daughter executed so horrifically for no reason! Plus he's so easily manipulated by the Melisandre that it's actually annoying.
It'll be interesting to see what happens next season, there were so many unanswered questions in the last episode, and personally I would take nothing for granted.
I expect more dragons too. They haven't really been used to their full potential, and you just know there's going to be an awesome cgi scene with the dragons swooping down over a city in the middle of a battle eventually!
