Yep. Lord Of The Rings. A friend of mine wouldn't stop talking about it. I went to watch it and was disappointed. It took me a while till I was able to fully appreciate it.
Does Movie Hype diminish it's ultimate value to the watcher? I am not talking about just the production marketing, but that reviews given by Family and Friends. Do you have a movie where the hype ruined it for you, and what was it?
