Patty Duke died today. What's your favorite movie? Outstanding performances in both movies The Miracle Worker. 

I liked the Patty Duke Show. "Identical cousins all the way."

I remember she became an advocate for mental health and made having a mental health illness so much more acceptable. I feel that was  a wonderful accomplishment in her life and so important.

My favorite is "Miracle Worker" , though I liked everything she did.

I'm sorry to hear of her passing.  I loved her in the MIracle Worker and never missed an episode of her t.v. Show.

I remember her for the Patty Duke Show but also for a couple of made for TV movies. One was A Matter of Justice where she played the mother of a murdered soldier. There is another one and I don't know the name, but she was a mom and neded a job to support her family. After not having any luck in the job market she joined the Army.

She made a movie with sydney poitier here in tx it was great
