Do you know any charming or funny Christmas quotes?

Not a quote but something very unusual happened this morning.

We were up about 5.30 this morning (25th) and went for a walk along the river. We had it pretty much to ourselves so there was still a bit of wildlife about. A couple of kilometres into the walk a platypus scurried off the bank and into the water.

It's virtually impossible to find a platypus in the wild -- it's the first live one we've ever seen -- but it was a nice Christmas gift from Mother Nature.
