Oh geeze, Z...so hard, I've known so many versions of beautiful. Okay, all around beauty. Brains, poise, beauty in print and in motion, personality. Audrey Hepburn.
I know you said gents, but I couldn't resist.

If Hippy was on here, he'd post his ex wife.
I agree Audrey Hepburn was beautiful!
But I want to add Helen Hunt.
I remember my grandfather in his early 70's telling me how beautiful he thought Betty Davis was.
When I finally saw a picture of her, it was a picture of her as a young woman, and I finally understood why he said so. (By the time I became aware of her, she was close to her age.)
But there are three tied for that designation in my mind---
The first was a girl in an ad on the back of an airline magazine while I was traveling. She was not credited and I have no idea who she was.
The second was a bartender. I had dropped by a bar I frequented to say hello to a male bartender and she was covering his shift. She said the guy was in a meeting. I was about to leave---and realized there was no other place I either had or wanted to be.
She got off about 2 hours later and I paid my tab and I said I would like to talk to her before she left.
I saw her waiting for me. I walked over to her and said, "I just wanted to tell you that you are the most beautiful woman I have every seen."
Then I turned an walked away.
She was married, but we became friends and her husband was the only man he was comfortable having her do things with.
Third---a woman standing outside an office building and talking on the phone. She was beautiful and I was simply going to thank her for being so. I came out 5 minutes later, but she had disappeared.
Very good memories.
Cannot make up my mind I keep meeting them one after the other.
