Dancing is a great form of exercise, gives a person elegance, grace, coordination, confidence, etc. But after years of wear and tear on the bones, ligaments, cartalige in the legs and hips causes many who have danced for years into hip and knee replacements.
It's a lot of work in any type but some are more tiring than others for example Ballet is slow but uses a lot of leg muscles.
Well I like to dance and I think sweating is ace because you get something out of it :)
Well you can have some injuries while dancing like a twisted ankle. And you get sweaty. But it's worth it!!!
Can't think of any except 1) you dance a long time in high heel shoes and it will hurt..
2) you dance with someone who cannot dance and you feel frustrated. I love when a man can dance and courts his lady on the floor...pure art!!!!!pure fun..
