The song you're looking for is probably Running Away by the American funk, soul and jazz musician Roy Ayers. You can find the track on the 1971 album, Ubiquity.
Lyrics to Running Away by Roy Ayers

Dippy Doo, Run, Run, Run (x8)

Hey, I'm taking my bag
And I'm running away now
Cause you've been mean to me
And I've been good to you
And I've been oh so strong
Hey ya ya ha ha

Hey, I'm taking my bag
And I'm running away now
Cause you've been mean to me
And I've been good to you
And I've been oh so strong
Hey ya ya ha ha

You don't spend the time when I'm in need
We don't love each other like we used to do
Baby I'll come back another day
You don't do the thing you used to do
Running, Running, Running, Far Away (x2)
Running Away

Hey, I'm taking my bag
And I'm running away now
(Cause I'm running away)
Cause you've been mean to me
(Running Away)
And I've been good to you
(Cause I'm running away)
And I've been oh so strong
(Running Away)
Hey ya ya ha ha
(Cause I'm running away)

Hi there,

If the line could be "Shooby Doo, run run run" then it is "Running Away" by Roy Ayers, from Ubiquity, and was released in 1977 on the label Polydor.

There's a good Youtube video on the internet, just put in the search engine "Running Away""Roy Ayers", and click on the video with the mention "Wicked Guitar Solo at the end".

Mike Dennis.
