It's a stock band by Jim Johnston. He works for the company, so we probably won't be able to see it until WWE releases their new album. Hopefully it'll be on the new "Smackdown 10th Anniversary" set that comes out in a little over a month.

Well I really don't know for sure because some1 said it was radiosoul 20 but when I looked them up on youtube they had a song called "oh radio" in japanese so it could be them singing it in english too but I don't know for sure
