While I'm not sure, I do have a good guess. I personally cannot imagine Oprah owning a house on an average Lavallette street (not enough privacy for the billionaire). However there is a mansion on a sedge island in Barnegat Bay off Chadwick Beach (Lavallette mailing address). It is very large and perfectly-private and is honestly the only house in "Lavallette" or Lavallette mailing-address areas where I think she would have a home. The estate has a small private beach, a helipad, docks, pool, bocce court, large house, and I can imagine it having stunning views of the bay. I hope this helps, I am a barrier island native and my intimate experience with these towns has led me to this theory. She used to have a house down in Avalon and it was rumored she had a house in Bay Head or Mantoloking but apparently it's Lavallette (or this private island OFF of Lavallette).
