It was a 70's Ad for a perfume called Enjoli - The 8 hour perfume. Very Retro.

Don't know the song - or if it even came from one - but that line became famous in an old 70's commercial about a woman who could do it all. Showed her bringing home the bacon (all dressed up) and then frying it - while still dressed up. Was basically a "jingle." (Might could find on YouTube.) I'm thinking it was about paper towels for some reason.
