Its been shut down by go daddy for breaking there policies about infringement. It is still accessible through its IP address but its more of a pain then its worth. Found this post on another site:

Their hosts are still online if you go to the ip address it will work, you need to change any window from www.watchtvsitcoms.com to http://174.132.19.36
and any videos you try to watch will also say they are broken, you need to click on it and tell it to open in a new window, then replace the address again in new window. I think they need to re register the address or something with someone new.

Once you have the episode page open it will also have the video player frame missing, right click in the frame and say open in new window, then when it is open you can change the address.
