Hi there,
I'm sure a lot of female singers did a version of "My Way", but the most memorable one is the British singer Samantha Jones, who had a hit with it in 1970.

some others : Nina Simone, Shirley Bassey, Celine Dion, Nina Hagen, Aretha Franklin, Dorothy Squires, Shakira, and many many more recorded it in English as well as in other languages
-- don't forget !! It's a French song, called "Comme D'Habitude" ('67) and was translated by Paul Anka, who pushed the song onto somebody called Frank Sinatra in 1969. A classic was born.
(!! Before Frank Sinatra, people as David Bowie (with own lyrics), and Paul Anka himself, recorded it, but it became larger than life when Frank Sinatra recorded it)
