I've seen this multiple times too and it saddens me that the icon of our youth is a drunk. I even saw a picture of him with a Smirnoff ice but when I returned it was taken down. But there has been no official statement but I really hope he gets rid of the addiction.
Yes. He runs into walls and stuff when he is drunk, and I even heard the song "Never say never" is about his drinking. It is truly a shame, and where are this kid's parents? I blame the media and today's society for pushing him to this.

Well,I think they were one time because on Face Book Jake Austin said that him,Selena Gomez,and Justin Bieber went to a bar and drank but thats all I know.
Justin Bieber is a strong Christian... But he is also 15. He is legally allowed to drink but he is not going to go out there and get hammered. He has said previously on sites such as facebook (according to the other answers anyway) that he has been to a bar for a drink, but it he will only have had a pint, or maybe he didn't have any alcohol at all. From what I can gather, it said on facebook that he went out for drinks. That can mean any kind of drink. Also, his manager, his mum and the people that surround him probably wouldn't let him drink. There are also rumors that Justin Bieber drinks orange juice with a shot of absolut vodka. This is not true. Hope this helped! :)
