As with most child stars Justin Bieber does not go to a regular school, he is home-schooled as well as being taught by a selection of tutors whilst on tour.
As part of MTV’s show "The Diary of Justin Bieber” it showed that he still has to follow the same curriculum that any teenager in the nation would have to so that he does not miss out on core subjects. Every morning his tutor meets him and they work together to keep him on track in regards to his academic studies.
The reason why Justin Bieber would be home-schooled is mainly due to his popularity with children of his age group. It would make it very difficult for him to lead a normal academic life if he constantly had to deal with the stress of being followed and hounded all of the time by fellow school children. Therefore he will no doubt receive a better education being privately taught around his other musical commitments.
There are many famous people who have been home-schooled who then went onto become artists, scientists, inventors and musicians.
There have been many people who have poured scorn over children that are home-schooled deeming it to not be as good as environment to learn in and potentially leading to the child not receiving as good as education as those schooled traditionally.
Other famous home schooled children include famous writers such as Agatha Christie, Charles Dickens, Beatrix Potter and C. S. Lewis and famous inventors such as Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, William Lear and Sir frank Whittle.
Justin Bieber has previously publicly stated that he intends to finish his high school studies and also progress onto university before finally concentrating full time on wherever his music takes him, however it is unlikely that this will occur as part of a normal mainstream education.
