Yes you can, ebay, amazon or the official website..... Not sure about shops selling them anymore though
Cabbage Patch Dolls were hugely popular during the 1980s. Each one was unique and each one was adoptable. Each one came with a birth certificate that was signed by their creator Xavier Roberts.
With their large round vinyl heads and soft fabric bodies, each doll had unique facial features – eye colour, hair and/or outfit.
There have been various manufacturers of Cabbage Patch Dolls since they were launched in 1983. Coleco were the original manufacturer, and they were followed by others such as Mattel and Toys R Us. The current maker is Play Along and they run the official web site at www.mycpk.com/
The official Cabbage Patch kids site is at www.cabbagepatchkids.com/ and at both of these, you can still purchase Cabbage Patch Kids (or rather adopt them), along with a range of accessories such as shoes and clothes.
