Beth Holloway has not confessed herself but she indeed had a plastic surgery. It is so obvious from her nose, cheeks and even hair.

It does seem she had a nose job, I have seen a show on tv that, show her when we first got to know her and how she looks now, and there is a big difference in her noses, I just wonder why? We are all still suffering with her and her beautiful daughter, and hoping for Natalie to some how be alive.

She looks freaky now. I think she's trying to pretend she's "Natalee" so she can hang-out with Natalee's friends. Bizarre! She's like the Michael Jackson of missing children's Momma Club
Giver her a break! She lost her daughter. People work through pain in many ways.
Maybe she is trying to not look like her daughter - the pain of looking in the mirror and seeing her daughter in herself?
I just hope she finally gets closure and can bring her daughter's body home. How bitter sweet this must be for her.
