No, I doubt she did. Especially since her childhood picture is a frontal shot while her more recent picture is from the side. It's hard to judge whether or not she had plastic surgery.
Also, the picture was that of her when she was 5 or 6 years old. It's been 15 years. Age is bound to change the face in some way or another.
I don't think she ever admitted it on TV or during an interview that she had plastic surgery. The only way we ever would know for sure is that she had plastic surgery unless she actually said that she did with her own mouth.
But, in my opinion, I think she's a natural beauty.
By the way. I'm not a fan of hers. I don't even know what dramas she's in.
