I don't know who plays the music, but I absolutely HATE the way the food network has added music to the cooking shows. I don't mind before and after, but it's very distracting when you're trying to learn something about cooking, and you have to find the clicker and turn up the volume to hear what the host is saying about the food preparation. Please, if anyone's listening, get rid of the music while the host is talking.
