He is not...because chipmunk went to my school and he came and I'm a huge fan of s club 8 and I know how jay looks and besides, in my school assembly he said he's name jamaal fyffe and stop lying bout how jay is your cousin because you r a liar who doesnt know ANYTHING

They look exactly the same but have different names so I'm not sure - I was wondering too =/

Yes he is, my mate is cousins with him, but he don't let anyone know, his name changed when his mom got married. If you look they the same age. Ill get him to say it when he goes on MTV, not sure he will though, its kind of a secret I only knew about 3 months ago. :O
