Why does it matter? People who have braces will get them off eventually, which means that they will have a nice smile (and justin is looking for a girl with a nice smile). I used 2 have braces & before my braces I didn't have a nice smile because my teeth were really crooked, but after I got my braces off I had a really nice smile. So braces or no braces, its really the smile that justin is looking for
