Scott Samuel Braun, better known as Scooter Brown, who recently celebrated his 30th birthday, is the founder and chair of SB Projects, an American company specializing in talent management. This company encompasses SB Management, SB Consulting, RBMG, or the Raymond-Braun Media Group, Sheba Publishing and Schoolboy Records. His personal information is not publicly available.
Braun founded the company in 2005, after working as the Executive Marketing Director for Jermaine Dupri's So So Def Recordings. It may take a while, but if it really is good, someone will pick it up - Scooter Braun is not the only talent spotter watching YouTube.
