I cannot be 100% sure if these are the legitimate accounts because normally there are hundreds of people who rip of twitter accounts claiming to be celebrities. However, these account seem to be the real deal, and are the ones claimed by fans on fansites like bieberfever.com and justinbieberfanclub.net.
