I've had a lot of trouble with it too...
But I solved it now and thought that I should help everyone ^^
1. You need to install the codec at the right bottom corner of the window.
2. Click on the "find/open file" and select the video (less than 10 minutes)
3. Play your video on the window and choose a still image then click "capture image"
4. Set your begin time to 0:01 and end time to one second before the last second...
5. Finally, click upload video... ^___^
6. It uploads really slow and has the possibility of hanging so try not to do anything else why uploading... ^^
