No. Batista is single. Melina is going out with John Morrison. When Batista was divorced from his wife, and Melina was going out with John Morrison back then, they had an affair behind JoMo's back and that's why they broke up. That's when they were in MNM. JoMo and Melina were then seen dancing together at this past hall of fame. Melina started to cry because JoMo was then drafted away from Melina onto SmackDown. Melina started to wine to Vince and he let her go onto SmackDown with JoMo. And that's the JoMo and Melina story. I'm not 100% sure they are still dating though. I'm like 90%.
