Is Justin Bieber Mixed Wit Black An White?

I noticed that if he had brown skin he would look black.
His nose and lips are what is consider "black" features.
I would still consider him white of course. But he does have black ancestors that's obvious. Most people if not everyone has mixed ancestors so that shouldn't be a surprise. FYI being canadian has nothing to do with a person's racial backround.
