Do I need to replace a bulb? My Hitachi Ultravision 50 inch Plasma tv has gone completely black when turned on. No sound. No picture.

That's weird. Phone your service provider (you must be with Sky, Virgin...) and ask what to do. Have you checked that the cables are not loose? A woman's advice: Switch off, switch back on!!!! No? It can't be the bulb. If it was, the sound should be OK. XX
